CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The interest of companies to be socially responsible is a growing commitment. The number of companies is expanding every year in all areas and sectors, and they wish to show nearness and transparency for their consumers.

A clear manifestation of this commitment to responsibility, are self-regulatory systems in which materialize the industry commitment beyond the exercise of its business, through the connection to these systems and the acceptance of codes of conduct in a voluntary way.

The self-regulation of the advertising is one area where more development has been achieved in Europe, being Autocontrol who looks encouraging ethical and fair advertising for the benefit of consumers.

The Law 29/2009, of 31st of December, by amending the legal regime of unfair competition and advertising to improve consumer protection and users, enter in the Law of Unfair Competition a new chapter meant for regulate the conduct code, their prior verification mechanisms and court settlement of claims. Autocontrol comply with this legal scheme. Additionally, the law recognizes some legal effects to these commitments of self-regulation.

Dated on 4th of March of 2010, Autocontrol has emitted to Corporación Dermoestética, S.A. an annual certificate of "Corporate Social Responsibility", which we attached in this section
