During fiscal year 2007, after the publication by the National Securities Market Commission of the Unified Good Governance Code for listed companies the Company carried out a review and update of its corporate governance regulations to adapt them to the recommendations set forth in such Code. The company details in the Annual Corporate Governance Report all the recommendations to wich it does not adhere.
