The General Shareholders' Meeting of Corporación Dermoestética, plc, met on 10th of June 2005, approved the Board Regulations of Corporación Dermoestética, plc,. with effect from the date of quotation admission, abiding to the 113th article of the Stock Market Law (as stated in 26/2003 Law, 17th July).
